The XRP ledger returned to normal operation after experiencing an hour of network on February 4th. The developer has confirmed that there is no user fund loss during the incident.
According to the Ripple Cto David Schwartz, the suspension of the creation of a new ledger in block 93,927,173 has affected the ability of the processing and recording transactions.
The network is currently recovering. I don't know exactly what caused the problem.

Some network components, including consensus mechanisms, have continued to work, but the core process to add a new ledger to the blockchain has temporarily stopped.
Network validers and developers cooperated to modify and restore the functions from the last confirmed ledger.
The exact nature of the technical problem that caused the stop is currently under investigation.
“The XRP ledger has resumed forward,” said the XRPL developer team. “The @ripplexdev team is investigating the root cause and providing updates as soon as possible.”
Schwartz suggests that the voluntary recovery of the XRPL network is mainly due to its nature of its self -correction.
“As far as I know, few UNL operators have actually changed, so the network may have recovered spontaneously. I don't know yet,” he said.
Schwartz explained that the incorporated safe guard of the network detected the stop, preventing the potentially consistent ledger from being trusted, and maintaining the security of assets throughout the incident.
The case follows a temporary network stall in late November last year due to bugs crashed by several nodes. This problem has a temporary stop of transaction processing for about 10 minutes.
