Grand Bitcoiner Michael Saylor, founder and former CEO of MicroStrategy, took to the X social media network to send new BTC-related messages to his large number of followers.
This message sparked mixed reactions from the cryptocurrency community.
Saylor's new 'sacred' Bitcoin message and Mandalorian post
Michael Saylor shared an AI-generated image of BTC with the caption, “Bitcoin is sacred.”
The Bitcoin community responded enthusiastically to that message. Lark Davis, a well-known cryptocurrency YouTuber, said, “There's nothing like Bitcoin.'' The official account of the Kraken exchange pointed out that Saylor has reached the dangerous point of talking about a new religion in Bitcoin, saying in his own tweet, “Wake up, the new religion has just disappeared.”
Another X/Twitter user commented that Saylor's “Bitcoin posts are getting more and more extreme.”
Earlier today, a prominent Bitcoiner published a BTC post featuring the motto from Disney's The Mandalorian movie series, saying, “Bitcoin is the way.”
Saylor posts Bitcoin halving reminder
A few days ago, the MicroStrategy founder issued a message to the cryptocurrency community alerting them to the upcoming Bitcoin halving event. He has exactly one week left until his fourth BTC halving takes place and miners' rewards are split in half from 6.25 BTC to 3.125 BTC per newly mined block.
The Bitcoin community and altcoin holders also always look forward to this quadrennial event, programmed as such by Bitcoin's mysterious creator Satoshi Nakamoto.
This halving represents a significant reduction in the annual supply of Bitcoin injected into the market. Based on this, a phenomenon that many Bitcoiners refer to as “supply shock,” prominent crypto analyst and entrepreneur Willy Wu predicts that BTC prices will skyrocket after the halving.
Author of 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' Says 'No' to Bitcoin ETFs
As previously reported, today Robert Kiyosaki, financial expert and famous author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, posted an interesting tweet stating that he does not want to buy the Spot Bitcoin ETF.
Mr. Kiyosaki values not only Bitcoin, but also gold, silver, and real estate. However, according to his tweets, he prefers to invest in these things directly – buying real Bitcoin, physical silver and gold, mines and residential blocks. He writes that he would rather stay away from Wall Street vehicles such as exchange-traded funds.
