All proceeds from the sale of the coins will be donated to the U.S. Treasury. Your wallet address will be public, so anyone can track it.

The project has a unique twist: All proceeds from the sale of the coins will go directly to the U.S. Treasury to help reduce the national debt.
The billionaire entrepreneur outlined his proposal for X, promising a 20% float and a release schedule consistent with the $TRUMP coin.
“If meme coins are the way to go, I might issue one too. With a twist. Same terms as $TRUMP. 20% float. Same release schedule. One difference is that all proceeds from the sale of the coin will be to be donated to the U.S. Treasury,” Cuban wrote. “If you want to gamble, gamble, but at least use it to reduce the U.S. debt.”
In response to concerns from X user artchick.eth about potential investor losses and distribution challenges, Cuban acknowledged the speculative nature of meme coins.
Artchick.eth also pointed out that most of the currently successful meme coins are community takeovers, and it takes time to build strong circulation and organic growth.
“We agree. That's why only Doge, Shiba Inu, and a few other dogs worked. It's about long-term community,” he said. “I'm not saying buyers can't make a profit. I'm saying it's a gamble. It's a game of musical chairs.”
Cuba has promised transparency in the project, including releasing Treasury wallet addresses for public tracking. “I can't make any promises. I don't have a pump. Just full transparency,” he said.
The initiative marks a change in the Cuban government's stance on meme coins, which Cuba previously described as “an obvious commotion.”
