Hong Kong's Harvest Global Investments and Singapore's Metacomp are partnering to introduce a new Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETF to Singapore investors. This strategic partnership will leverage the strengths of both companies to introduce these crypto funds, which will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 30th.
Introducing innovative crypto products
MetaComp is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and focuses on blockchain and crypto assets. MetaComp is working with Harvest Global Investments to make these new ETFs available through its Client Asset Management Platform (CAMP).
The platform uses state-of-the-art technology to manage customer assets under a strict regulatory framework and is designed to enable Singapore investors to safely invest in these products.
The memorandum of understanding between the two companies marks a major move to make innovative financial products more accessible around the world. Harvest Global Investments recently received approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to launch these anticipated crypto ETFs.
Leverage mutual strengths
This partnership is not limited to just cryptocurrency ETFs. The companies plan to explore further integration of Harvest's diverse asset management solutions into Metacomp's offerings. MetaComp will also grant Harvest access to its digital payment token services, expanding the scope of the partnership.
Metacomp said that by partnering with Harvest Global Investments, it aims to leverage the scale and expertise of a world-leading financial institution and significantly expand its service capabilities and market reach. This strategy is expected to benefit existing customers of both companies and attract new customers seeking advanced financial solutions that bridge traditional and cryptocurrency finance.
Dr. Bo Bai, Chairman and Co-Founder of MetaComp, commented on the partnership:
“This strategic partnership with Harvest Global Investments Limited reaffirms Metacomp’s commitment to be a bridge between traditional finance and crypto finance. We are confident that our partnership will be mutually beneficial.”
