Friday will be a busy day for European economic news, with flash eurozone inflation data and UK mortgage approvals due to be released.
At 2 a.m. ET, the German Statistics Office is scheduled to release German retail sales and import prices for April. Retail sales are forecast to have decreased 0.1% from the previous month, compared to a 1.8% increase in March.
Meanwhile, UK-wide house price data is due to be released, with house prices forecast to rise 0.1% month-on-month in May, following a 0.4% fall in April.

Swiss retail sales and Hungary's producer price index are due to be released at 2:30 a.m. ET.
At 2:45 a.m. EST, the French statistics office INSEE will release preliminary inflation, revised GDP, household consumption and producer price data. Consumer price inflation is expected to rise to 2.4% in May from 2.2% in April. Preliminary estimates previously showed the French economy grew 0.2% in the first quarter. The statistics office is expected to confirm its estimates.
At 3 a.m. ET, the Czech Statistical Office is scheduled to release revised first-quarter GDP data.
At 4am EST, Italy's statistics agency INSEE released revised GDP data for the first quarter, with initial estimates showing GDP growth rising to 0.3% from 0.1%.
At 4:30 am EST, the Bank of England will release mortgage approval data for April. The number of mortgages approved in April totaled 61,500, down from 61,330 in March.
At 5 a.m. ET, Eurostat is due to release preliminary inflation data for May, which is expected to show a slight increase to 2.5% from 2.4% in April.
Italy is also due to release preliminary inflation figures.
