CryptoPunks topped the daily sales chart with US$1.7 million, up from US$130,640 the previous day.
Ethereum-based CryptoPunks was one of two non-fungible token (NFT) collections to generate sales of more than $1 million in just 14 transactions on Tuesday, according to CryptoSlam data.
CryptoPunks' all-time sales increased to US$2.82 billion, making it the third-highest NFT in all-time sales.
The second best performer of the day was another Ethereum collection, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), with sales of USD 1.05 million.
BAYC's $350,481 from the previous day increased to 17 unique buyers and 27 unique sellers, culminating in a total of 19 transactions. BAYC's sales to date now reach US$3.14 billion, which is the second highest sales of all time.
BAYC and CryptoPunks drove $7.7 million in daily sales on the Ethereum chain, making it the highest-grossing NFT blockchain.
DMarket slipped to third place in daily sales after topping the charts on Tuesday. Sales amounted to 839,582 USD, and the decrease from the previous year was less than 1%.
Other notable collections included Mad Lads and NodeMonkes, which also saw significant daily sales. Mad Lads had daily sales of $800,761, up from $543,026 the previous day. His Bitcoin-based NodeMonkes also recorded a daily turnover of US$750,024, up from US$672,684 the previous day.
Solana Monkey Business and Ethereum's Pudgy Penguins also made headlines for their daily sales.
Solana Monkey Business had sales of $656,402 and Pudgy Penguins had sales of $595,679, both collections down slightly from the previous day's performance.
A new entry into the top 10 on the day was the $PMPS BRC-20 NFT collection, which exploded into the top 10 by over 500% from the previous day with sales of $551,476.
DeGods and DogeZuki Collection rounded out the list with sales of $411,440 and $380,574, respectively.
