Iris Ramaya Au, the ex-girlfriend of a recognized code fraudster Adam Isa, known as the “Godfather,” agreed to plead guilty to federal criminal tax charges.
Au “pleaded guilty to a single count of giving a false tax return for failing to report more than $2.6 million in profits in malicious benefits he earned through criminal activities by his then-boyfriend,” the U.S. Department of Justice said in a March 5 statement.
Her ex-boyfriend Isa was guilty of involvement in multiple illegal schemes from 2020 to 2024 in January.
“IZA has earned millions of dollars of unreported revenue as a result of these schemes,” the Justice Department said.
At IZA's direction, the AU created shell companies and opened bank accounts under the names of those entities, he added.
She then used illegal funds to pay roughly $1 million to pay her Los Angeles agent to brii, and bought or lease luxury property, cars, jewelry and clothing.
Using fraudulent profits, AU and Iza valued “recreational activities” payments at around $10 million, earning around $16 million in cryptocurrency.
Iza, who also founded the Zort Crypto Trading Platform, has filed accusations of rights, wire fraud and conspiracy against tax evasion.

He also granted repayment of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office deputies, providing him with private safety and “requested to obtain a search warrant and secret law enforcement information,” the Department of Justice said.
In her plea, Au admitted that he transferred more than $2.6 million to personal bank accounts from these various accounts between 2020 and 2023.
She faces up to three years in federal prison, and Isa faces up to 35 years and is sentenced on June 16th.
