Bitcoin's price had been stuck at around $61,000 over the weekend with only minor fluctuations, but on Monday morning the asset suddenly rose to around $63,000, a multi-day high. reached the dollar.

BTC head is $63,000
The major cryptocurrency soared to a 12-day high of $65,500 last Monday, but quickly stopped at that point as the bears resumed control of the market. In the days that followed, the asset's price fell by several thousand dollars to $60,800 by Thursday.
After another false breakout attempt to $64,000 on Friday, BTC plummeted again, this time to just above $60,000. The bulls arrested the decline and began a slight recovery over the weekend, resulting in Bitcoin stalling at around $61,000.
Yesterday, BTC tried to break down from $62,000 but was stopped short. The rejection sent it down to $60,800 earlier today. However, the cryptocurrency has rallied in the past hour or so, soaring by more than $20,000. At the moment, BTC's trading price is just shy of $63,000, and its market cap is approaching $1.25 trillion.
Its advantage over the alternative increased slightly on CG to just over 51%.
Ton, Shiv leads the way.
Most large-cap alternatives have not yet followed Bitcoin's rise, but they are still making some gains. For example, ETH failed to break out of the $3,000 level despite rising 2% daily. BNB has risen 1% over the past day to nearly $600.
In contrast, the largest native tokens of Toncoin and Shiba Inu rose about 5-6%. TON has broken above $7.3 and SHIB is approaching $0.000024. Dogecoin and Floki each rose 3%, while Pendle, IMX, and RBN fell the most.
The market capitalization of virtual currencies has increased by about $40 billion since yesterday, and in CG it exceeds $2.42 trillion.
