Interestingly, the global cryptocurrency market capitalization today showed a slight increase of 0.97% to reach $2.59 trillion. However, overall cryptocurrency market volume in the past 24 hours increased significantly, reaching $62.5 billion, up 17.13% from the previous day.

The price movement of the flagship cryptocurrency has been extremely volatile over the past 24 hours, trading in both red and green areas. At the time of writing, the price of BTC is at $69,001.03, up just 0.08% over the past day.
The token has a market cap of $1.35 trillion and a recorded 24-hour trading volume of $17.18 billion, with 24-hour low and high prices of $68,183.89 and $69,506.23, respectively, highlighting BTC’s highly volatile behavior.
Ethereum Price
Meanwhile, the optimism generated by the ETF approval seems to have finally spread to Ethereum, as ETH’s price movement showed a notable upswing, rising 4.24% in the past day to $3,926.05, with 24-hour lows and highs of $3,742.07 and $3,936.70, respectively.
Solana Price
Meanwhile, the price chart of SOL has been mostly in the red for the past 24-hour trading session. At the time of writing, the price of Solana is $165.30, down 0.54% from yesterday. The low and high prices in the 24 hours were $161.26 and $166.90, respectively.
XRP Price
Additionally, the Ripple Labs-backed cryptocurrency has fallen by 1.58% over the past 24 hours to hit $0.5314. The low and high for the 24-hour period were $0.5266 and $0.54, respectively.
Pepecoin hits new high
Moreover, PEPE continues to lead the meme coin sector with unprecedented gains. Pepe Coin price has increased by 10.75% in the past day to $0.00001651. The 24-hour low and high are $0.00001479 and $0.00001683, with the high also being PEPE's new ATH.
Conversely, the prices of Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Dogecoin (DOGE) fell by 1-4%.
