Bitcoin price struggled to hold above the $70,000 mark. Ethereum traded mostly in the red, while XRP and meme coins DOGE and SHIB followed suit in a steep price drop. Notably, Solana also saw a rollercoaster ride, even though the token was mostly trading in the black.

Ethereum Price
Ethereum (ETH) has fallen in price by 1.15% over the past day and is currently trading at $3,762. The cryptocurrency’s 24-hour low and high were $3,655.08 and $3,810.95, respectively.
ETH market capitalization decreased by 1.08% in the past 24 hours to $452.16 billion, and the 24-hour trading volume decreased by 26.33% to $24.71 billion.
Solana Price
On the contrary, Solana’s price increased by 0.88% in the past day to reach $178.68. Although SOL’s momentum has been volatile, the token has managed to remain positive. The 24-hour low and high prices are $175.45 and $183.07, respectively. Meanwhile, 24-hour trading volume decreased by 7.19% to $3.77 billion.
XRP price
The value of the Ripple Labs-backed token declined by 1.36% in the past 24 hours, reaching $0.5281. The low and high prices for the past day were $0.5237 and $0.5377. Furthermore, the 24-hour trading volume decreased by 34.56% to $1.18 billion.
Cardano Price
ADA price has declined by 1.56% over the past 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.4855. The 24-hour low and high were $0.4761 and $0.4924, respectively, indicating a tight trading session. Meanwhile, the 24-hour trading volume plunged 16.47% to $407.36 million.
DOGE & SHIB are in the red
Dogecoin, the market cap leader in the meme coin sector, has fallen 2.43% in the past 24 hours to $0.1667, while Shiba Inu’s price has fallen 3.34% to $0.00002536.
Moreover, even Pepecoin (PEPE) lost 4.65% in value to $0.00001353.
